The Cape Argus SportShow 2017 will again be hosted at Sandringham, Cape Town the premier outdoor exhibition location in the country. The location is halfway between Cape Town and Paarl on the N1, it’s easy to reach and offers a wonderful day out for the family.
Following the very successful Schools Sport Summit held in Cape Town in 2016, the third Schools Sport Summit will coincide with the Cape Argus SportShow 2017. Some 350 delegates from more than 120 South African schools, consisting of school principals, coaches and heads of sport, will attend this Summit.
The Summit aims to bring together leading minds, parents, educators and key role-players to discuss crucial topics impacting the South African school sport scene. These topics include the role sport plays in educating children, the impact sport has on the lives of children and expert comments and case studies that can be utilised in the South African context to guide schools towards best practice in sport.
The Summit’s expert panel of speakers will help inform, motivate and challenge the wayforward for youth sport. Limited space is available for parents and interested parties.
